Can this be laid directly on a concrete floor which will be finished with self leveling concrete for LVT panels on top?
Celotex products when used in ground floors will require the following-
1. There must always be a damp proof membrane somewhere below the Celotex within the construction
2. There must always be a polythene separating layer directly on top of the Celotex before any floor finishes go down.
