The Knauf insulation loft roll 44 is a reputable glass mineral roll used for pitched roofs to prevent cold spots and reduce heat loss. It offers great thermal performance, is manufactured to a high standard and has the best possible Euroclass A1 reaction to fire classification.
As one of the most established materials for loft insulation, the Knauft Earthwool loft roll is manufactured using Knauf’s unique bio-based binder, ECOSE® Technology, and is available in a range of thicknesses. They also contain no ozone-depleting substances or greenhouse gases, making them a sustainable choice for your building works.
These rolls are easier to install than other, rigid boards as they adapt to slight imperfections in the substrate and knit together. This means it prevents any air gaps, which would impact the performance.
In addition, the non-combustible insulation is compression packed and lightweight for easy handling and transport.
