Knauf Insulation Loft Roll 44 150mm is a glass mineral wool roll, designed for use in cold lofts where pitched roofs are insulated at ceiling level. It offers good thermal performance and can also be used to thermally insulate floors.
It is non-combustible insulation with the best possible Euroclass A1 reaction to fire classification and is manufactured using Knauf Insulation's unique bio-based binder, ECOSE® Technology.
Knauf Loft Roll 44 150mm is water-resistant loft insulation made from fibreglass, ensuring excellent noise absorption within your building. It is a lightweight and flexible material that offers thermal and acoustic insulation. It prevents the growth of fungi, bacteria, and mould, and is rot-proof, so you can have peace of mind.
Knauf Loft Roll 44 150mm is non-combustible and has been rated the best possible Euroclass A1. Knauf is environmentally friendly, with its material having zero ozone-depleting potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP).

Does this product have perforations down the middle to split in half?
Yes there are perforations, these are usually at 600mm intervals which is the most common for UK roofs.
Is loft roll itchy to touch or harmful to install?
Protective clothing should be worn, which includes a face mask and gloves. This is due to small particles becoming dislodged from the roll which can be inhaled and can also cause iritation to skin.
What is the difference between loft roll and acoustic roll? Which should I use?
Loft roll and acoustic roll is made from the same material, the difference is that acoustic roll is manufactured more compacted creating a roll with a higher density. This higher density helps with the acoustic performance. If sound absorption is a factor when deciding on the product to use then acoustic insulation would be the better product.
How many rolls of the 150mm are on a pallet?
