Product Description
Celotex TB4025 is a high-performance polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation board that can be used for multiple applications, including roofs, walls and floors. This insulation board is durable, lightweight and easy to transport and install.
Featuring low emissivity foil facing, this PIR insulation board is designed to be used across multiple applications. They are durable and sustainable, available in thickness level 25mm, all the way up to 150mm.
The PIR boards are lightweight and rigid, making transportation easy, as well as handling and fitting.
These PIR boards are extremely effective when used in floor, wall and roof insulation. They have a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/m.K, which means they have excellent thermal performance.
Additionally, the boards also boast a BRE Green Guide Rating of A, so you can rest assured they are sustainable.

Celotex products when used in ground floors will require the following-
1. There must always be a damp proof membrane somewhere below the Celotex within the construction
2. There must always be a polythene separating layer directly on top of the Celotex before any floor finishes go down.
